Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: Most pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Reworked or handmade items may take up to 7 days — beauty and trouble both take time.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet, but soon. I’m working on expanding shipping options — until then, I currently ship across the U.S.

Q: Can I pick up locally?
A: Yes — local pickup is available in Beaumont, TX. You’ll get an email with details after checkout.

Q: What if I change my mind?
A: I accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unused items. Custom or vintage pieces are final sale — once they’re yours, they’re yours.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Send me a message with photos, and I’ll make it right. Everything is packaged with care, but sometimes the mail gets a little wild.
